Settlement Services
Our transitional housing program provides temporary housing and support services to homeless families to help them become independent. We offer a wide range of services, including counselling and referrals to other assistance programs. Residents receive essential services necessary to establish their home in Canada, and temporary accommodation.
Placement is from 3 month with exensions based on progress and program compliance up to one year. HMC has eleven units in Burlington (apartments and townhouses). The rental agreement is signed every three months with the possibility of extension to up to one year.
We currently have nine units in Burlington (apartment units and townhouses).
